Imagine turning forests into classrooms and every day into a discovery of new wonders. We're all about growing stronger, smarter, and surrounded by friends. Here, every kid shines in their own awesome way, in a place packed with encouragement and cheers. It's the ultimate fun-filled learning spree, where every day is a chance to explore, play, and make memories that sparkle!

  • Ages 5-12

  • June 3 - July 19 (not open July 4th week)

  • You can register online, through our website. You will be prompted to answer enrollment questions at checkout.

  • All supplies and necessary tools will be provided for each themed camp. We do not provide lunch or snack, but provide a space for each camper to store their own lunch, snacks, and water bottles.

  • All communication necessary during the camp day may go through the camp guides.

  • Each day will include theme-specific activities. Children will also have time to play outside. Some days may include additional crafts that go along with the themes of that week’s camp. At noon all campers will have lunchtime and freeplay till 1:00.

  • We do not provide lunch or snacks, but provide a space for each camper to store their own lunch, snacks, and water bottles.

  • Please encourage your child to dress for outdoor play. Packing layers and/or extra clothes may be helpful. Each camper should bring lunch, snacks, and a closed-lid water bottle, in a backpack or bag. Water days will also require extra clothes or swimwear and a towel.

  • 10-to-1

  • For any medical emergencies, camp staff will call 911, then immediately notify parents via the provided emergency contact information. Following the state law for illness policy, a camper with any of the following symptoms must be isolated and the parents notified and asked to remove the student from camp as

    soon as possible:

    Fever of 100.5 F.

    Diarrhea

    Vomiting

    Nausea

    Severe cough

    Unusual yellow color to skin or eyes

    Stiff neck or headache with one or more of the

    symptoms listed above

    Difficult breathing or wheezing

    Complaints of severe pain

    If your child is not feeling well in the morning, please observe them carefully before sending them to camp and risking the health of others. Children must be free of symptoms for 24

    hours before returning to camp.

  • If you need to cancel camp enrollment, please reach out to stephu@oakridgelearning.com. Because Oak Ridge Academy has held a space and prepared for your child’s involvement, no more than half of the enrollment payment will be refunded.
